He mihi mahana ki a koutou katoa
Bonjour à toutes nos familles

Parent survey

Following our recent conversations with approximately 30 families, the Board are putting together a survey to gather further parent voice about the school. We hope to have this ready to send out in the next (fabulous) newsletter for you all to gleefully fill out. Something to look forward to next week!

Swimming Sports

Swimming Sports are next Thursday for our Year 4 - 8s. We will leave school at 9:30am, heading to Karori Pool and returning around 1:30pm. We’d appreciate some parent helpers to help it run smoothly, so please let us know via the form if you can help.

Drop off and pick up

Keep everyone safe by dropping and picking up in the right place!  The yellow lines and driveway aren’t safe to stop in, neither is the Visitor or Disabled Park. Thank you to all those parents who continually drive and park safely, you’re the best!

Tennis Tournament

This is coming up on Tuesday 19th September (for girls) and Wednesday 20th September (for boys). If your child is a keen tennis player and they would like to play in this tournament, email sarah@ridgway.school.nz.  They need their own tennis racket and to be able to play tennis (funny that) and score. The two categories are ‘Year 6 and Under’ or Open (Year 7 & 8).  Children have to enter through school, rather than individually so if your child plays and you know other children at school do, give them a nudge (on the off chance they (*shocking suggestion alert*) don’t read the newsletter).
